I've been in so much fucking pain today due to waking up this morning with a migraine from Hell and TMJ Disorder pain!!! I am so done with this pain and I can't take it anymore!!! Whenever I wake up with a migraine it last all day long and it doesn't matter what I take for it it will not go away!!! I just want to chop off my head to get rid of the pain so badly.
I've been working on my clients pictures today while in pain and I'm watching a new episode of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills right now as we speak. Have a
